The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. 1.2 Purpose of the processing

The data shall be retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed according to legal requirements.

 

1.4 Nature of the provision of personal data and the consequences of refusing to provide personal data

 

The provision of personal data is optional. The refusal to provide such data may make it impossible to use the website and benefit from the related services. The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of these data, or the restriction of processing of personal data that concerns them or the right to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability (Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation EU/2016/679).
